A bit of a fun-loving brat, Dana desperately wants to get her way in every situation and will often play a pest to wear people down. She'll concede defeat (with a grumble) if put in her place, but she's the type to try again later.
While being flirty and a bit of a tease around guys (especially when working), she's easily flustered and shy if someone seriously pursues her strongly in return. That goes doubly if the other person is really attractive... all bets are off if that happens. She'll make her escape and dump the work on one of her coworkers if she 'can't even' handle it. She can sometimes be unaware of the potential danger she's putting herself into by playing around this way.
When she's not being a pain in the neck, Dana is generally very sweet and playful. She has a built-in radar that tells her when those she cares about are feeling down, and she usually goes out of her way to try to cheer them up. Sometimes those methods include mischievously bothering them until they retaliate, but she knows when to show tact. Usually, at least!
She's long-time friends with her boys Caleb and Theo, who she originally despaired over after assuming they were only interested in each other. Who would've thought they were all on board??
