Urania is a magical girl OC! Her civilian identity is Kalliope "Kallie" Kometa, a studious and unassuming college student. Angered from witnessing the injustices in the world around her and with no way to vent in her normal identity due to her reserved nature, Kallie unleashes all of her rage as Urania. She tends to be much more hot-blooded and feisty in this form, which translates into her brutal hand-to-hand fighting style. Her other abilities as a magical girl include stellar magic, super strength and speed, and minor precognition (usually just a few seconds in advance). She also can fly on her staff like a broomstick!
