i'll try to keep this short and simple

you can trade, sell, gift my designs however you'd like. some things to note:

• these are only applicable with my designs alone, refer to other designers' tos when it's their designs and not mines
• freebies and trades: you can sell them only when there is value added via your own art or commissions. i do not control how much you charge for your own art but try to not be unreasonable
• you can redesign however you want but do not whitewash them if the design is a poc
• on commercial use: please lmk so we can discuss if you plan to use the design for monetary gain. personal use like making keychains, comics, plushies, etc. are fine as long as you are not making money out of them
• art offers: if i dont get updates after 2+ months i'll put the character back ufo
• i do not allow the use of my designs for AI learning or NFTS
• you can repost the art/character anywhere else with or without crediting me idm. just do not claim that you made the designs. but please do not delete the characters' profiles from toyhou.se
• i accept money via paypal or kofi
