Do not sell outside of toyhou.se or to someone without a toyhou.se 

Do not sell for more without extra art

Do not remove my credits and credit must be with a link or directly

Do not put any sort of t.o.s on my designs without prior permission 

If you edit my art/designs I must still be credited for the original 

Do not delete my art without permission 

Do not delete the character nor reupload it [certain exceptions ask first]

If you private the character I must receive a key and/or notification because I often resell designs I don't see in my designs tab so accidental double selling is at risk of happening and so is revocation 

If you do not follow these rules the design will be voided [case by case basis often just gets you blacklisted] meaning it cannot be used and will be treated as theft if used until I am contacted and we reach compromise.  

If you sell to a blacklisted user (list available on my toyhouse in the public resources folder) you will have a window of 5 days for explanation after i contact you before you are blacklisted. This can be appealed in the future especially if you werent online during that window

My designs are NOT to be sent to shelters. If you are going to give them for free send them back to me. Forum games are fine. And so is reselling (only if you have paid or added worth to one you did not pay for) and retrading
