Very intense in his emotions, is typically loud and imposing. Cares deeply about his job and his underlings, but shows it in a tough love type of manner which scares off many new recruits. Strict but fair, dislikes doing things in roundabout ways and typically gets straight to the point whether it's in problem solving or in regular conversations
