Feliciano is a 20yo pierrot clown and a passionate painter, especially making use of watercolors. She runs commissions but finds customers very few and far between. When she's not begging for clients, she paints beautiful portraits of tragic subjects. She is obsessed with perfection, and will cry if one of her paintings turns out wrong. She was born poor and cast onto the streets at a young age only to be taken in by an unkind man named Goliath. She believes herself difficult to love and is struggling to reclaim her sense of self worth.

Feliciano is a tall, slender pierrot with white skin, cool grey hair under her skull cap, and pale thistle eyes.
