Neko is a quiet dragon whose loyalties and patience will never run dry.  He's rather spunky, as well, and seems never to run out of energy or be let down.  Nothing much gets him down at all, and in a lot of cases you wonder if he even has emotion besides that of happiness.

History:
It's unknown how Neko got into the same universe as Streak, but Streak could tell you his entire past beyond that.  The 
dragon found Neko cowering in Dusty's hanger and took him in as a 'pet' of sorts.  Neko lives with Streak and Rush, and 
although his loyalty to Rush is neverending, he finds himself drawn to Felix more than anyone else... even if the car hatesit.

Neko continues to be a resident of Propwash Junction.
