Cott & Candi

The Cotton Candy Twins.

Cott is the blue one, she's calmer, more collected, shy, and generally softspoken. 

Candi is the pink one, she's very loud, flirty, easily excitable, and talks way, way too fast.

The two have a very close platonic bond, and are usually seen together.

Candi is madly in love with Frostferatu (often going as far as pretending to be hypnotized to avoid making him feel awkward; the two of them are a classic case of "opposites attract"), but she easily crushes on and flirts with almost anyone, especially other Sugar Shocks.  Cott on the other hand doesn't develop feelings as easily, but she does have a small, developing crush on Sprinkleberry D'uhnut.  Candi often pushes Cott to talk to him, to no avail. 

Their cotton candy comes off easily and tends to stick to others; they constantly have to grab the cotton candy they've accidentally stuck to others and stick it back to themselves.  Occasionally they will have to completely replenish the lost candy using the cotton candy machine in Sprinkles.
