One of Cirro's decedents. Has a great appreciation and respect for Eevee(lutions), especially the first ones that came to Akona. They often will have their body 'molded' so that it appears that they have ears and a tail like an Eevee. They run a humble little tea shop in New Eve Town and assist with flower arrangements and beverages when it's the time of year where they celebrate the festival.
