A character I made as a high school art final project

A clumsy and bashful adolescent dragon who comes from the mountainous area of Bells Eve, who cannot fly (due to his small wings, thus vestigial) or breathe fire in the slightest, or do any normal stuff any dragon does.
He is a mage and healer for the Bells Eve Virgo Clan.

Truth is, he’s not a dragon at all, he’s an alien disguised as one!

BACKSTORY:
He was taken in by a guild known as the Virgo Clan (pending image) and was recruited as a druid with healing abilities, armed with his own magic staff (and some clothes for decoration)
As a novice, he doesn't normally want to go with the others as he is usually scared of what dangers he might face although he tried to be useful sometimes (and fails).
He prefers to stay at base camp and cook, but sometimes he gets dragged along for adventures.

optional: you can make him feral or more dragon-like if you want, but I generally prefer him anthro
you can draw him with or without clothes + staff, but his vestigial wings are hidden inside his clothes

bonus points if you could draw a showcase of his power or conquering his fears or him alongside Ina (whom he has a big crush on) or the other clan members!!
