Bean (Old Ver - Retired)

Bean is a monster, though more often than not you will find them in their human form, it’s more of a facade than anything.
They don’t mean any harm, quite the opposite. Despite their size and species, they are a very empathetic being, a pacifist even. They don’t want to hurt anyone, especially given their supernatural strength which they can’t control that well at times. They love the idea of helping people and being kind, but is socially awkward. They tend to appear scary to folks because of a mixture of a tendency to space out and a resting bitch face. But they’re the biggest sweetheart you’ll ever meet. 

Bean is Non-binary and uses they/it pronouns, they do like androgynous and masculine terms(partner, lover, boyfriend, brother, sibling, etc). They were born intersex with male and female genitalia, they wear a binder to hide their chest and later get top surgery. 

Bean’s human form is 7’1ft and their hybrid form is 13 ft.

Bean craves physical affection to the point that their body is very sensitive, however, they are deeply afraid of touch. They only truly allow trusted individuals to touch them, and even less so without warning which is typically reserved for family and lovers. If they allow you to touch them, they are the cuddliest monster you will ever meet. 
They‘ll constantly long for touch.

Bean typically tries to copy human behaviors but 75% of the time it goes wrong somehow, usually because of being exposed to things that caused it when they were a cub. They mean well, but they act equal monster and human. In the way of a somewhat sassy cat, though, the one thing they excel at is empathy. They can usually look beyond a persons facade and tell if a person is good or not, part of this is caused by superhuman senses, primarily scent. They can smell peoples hormones and *sometimes* intent. 

Bean loves the rain, mist, and gloomy days, art and drawing, animals(especially reptiles like snakes but they also LOVE sharks, hyenas, wolves, and bats), hot chocolate, romance, the concept of a soulmate, running free and wild, cute things, soft things, blankies and plushies, plants(especially poisonous ones and flowers), animal documentaries, true crime, analog horror, sweets, and cozy food(tomato soup, chocolate chip pancakes, tofu and rice, and toasted sourdough bread with cream cheese), the ocean/aquariums. They find great pleasure in the little things. 

Bean dislikes alcohol, drugs, yelling and screaming, comedy movies(one’s that use primarily raunchy or pain humor), abuse, anything with peanuts that you can taste(peanut butter), being chilly, when they give an answer and someone suggests looking at other things as if they hadn’t just asked for their choice(indecisiveness), overly strong smells, changing clothes, flashing lights, meat, and dolphins. 

Bean is afraid of spiders/bugs, hospitals/medical procedures/hospital staff, being restrained, cars, and being hit. 

They sometimes act like a bit of a goofball, because they can. 

Bean’s species is a rare type of shapeshifter that can copy (or turn into their own version) any organic living thing(but cannot replicate anything inanimate), though at the risk of themself. It uses calories and can be mentally taxing to the point of being mentally degrading. They also have a venomous bite but can choose when and how much to administer it, so they can give completely venom-free love nibbles. They produce the venom by consuming poisonous things like plants, their saliva can also prove to be a minor antidote for very small doses. The venom itself is highly flammable, luckily Bean is fire-immune.

Bean has a rare condition that makes them grow extremely large as well as other medical happenstances, such as: they can only make very little body heat/can’t sweat very much if at all, their body transfers most calories into only muscle when they eat and reject the rest(leading them to be muscular but very thin), and they sometimes experience a drop in blood sugar or blood pressure that can lead them to pass out. 
This is also coupled with a few mental disabilities such as: Autism, ADHD, minor hallucinations(which can become severe), anxiety, and slight paranoia. They are slightly allergic to dairy, and can’t eat meat(It agitates their monster side).

Bean is nonverbal, using sign language to communicate. They can hear people though and are NOT deaf(they just can’t speak).

Bean is poly and Demiromantic/Demisexual, they love their partners dearly.
