Skinny Malinky

Skinny-malinky long legs
And big banana feet,
Fingers out and wiggling about
"Tickly dickly dee!!"

Based on Mr. Tickle from the Mr. Men series
A cheerful little shapeshifting pup who loves to play, cuddle, and tickle its loved ones with its noodle arms!
He talks as if he were constantly laughing and it's hard to make him frown!
However, his one fear is being tickled himself!

Fun facts:

• He LOVES eating cookies, his favorite is snickerdoodle!
• He can't write, his hands are too jittery!
• Although he's covered with fur, he has plastic-y skin!
• He's 4'3" tall (1.3m)
• He smells like freshly baked blueberry muffins

Notes:
Its arms can extended at will, when relaxed his arms are normal sized
You can make him some creepy as hell eldritch creature and I would still love that <3
Be creative with what he does with his noodle arms, I would love to see what situations he can be into!
An animation of them wiggling their arms would be SO SUPER COOL

An Important Note:
Despite this being a universal rule with all of my characters, I want to ESPECIALLY make this clear for this character:
Do NOT use them in NSFW or fetish drawings, especially feet fetish, where tickling is involved. It makes me uncomfortable beyond extent and I would block anyone who does so.
