Eva chooses not to disclose too many details from her early childhood, unless she's with someone she trusts dearly. Fleeing far from home during its teenage years, Eva quickly had to learn to fend for itself, often resorting to theft and deceit to survive in the cruel ocean environment before properly learning to gather materials.

She was taught to read and write at a young age by a former family friend, and as a result she spends most of her free time crafting personal literature; it decided to settle in and set up shop in a peaceful river, excited to finally meet some new faces and share its work with nearby residents.

Eva's relatively soft-spoken and keeps to herself, but she'll do her best to socialize if necessary (being isolated from other sentient beings for most of her developmental years doesn't make this very easy for her). It doesn't enjoy feeling vulnerable and prefers conveying any negative emotions through writing. While she's open to meeting new beings, she tends to keep them at an arm's length and it takes a considerable amount of time for her to fully trust someone.
