Design Terms of Use
BY ADOPTING A DESIGN FROM ME YOU'VE AGREED TO MY TOS.
IT CAN ALWAYS BE READ/REVIEWED HERE.
- My dA and TH are both luviatos. You must credit me as the creator of original adopts or at minimum the designer if posting to TH.
- If you adopt from me, you are expected to credit me on TH as the creator or at least a designer for the character REGARDLESS of any changes made in the future.
- I still was involved in the designing process, I deserve minimal credit.
- Failure to do so will involve reporting the character and might involve blacklisting/blockage.
- If you paid for a design, you are allowed to resell, but only for the worth of the price you paid me, and the total of the art included.
- If it was a DTA, Raffle, or any other sort of design obtained for free, you may only sell it for the price of its additional art. If it's the original design alone, you can ONLY regift or trade.
- All gifted/given away designs (if there's no extra art) can only be gifted.
