Personality: 

Backstory: Rachel lost her parents due to a freak electrical storm when she was a young child. This has caused her to develop a fear of electric type Pokemon. She refuses to go near them if its possible for her. She grew up in the care of her older brother, who inherited their house and whatever their parents had, which wasn't much but was enough to get them by for a bit. Her brother got into a bit of shady stuff for awhile just to make ends meet but left that sort of work because he didn't want her to end up doing that sort of thing. He was lucky enough to get a job at a facility that makes and sells all kinds health potions for Pokemon, starting a lowly packer. Over the years Rachel watched her brother go from just some random packer to COO of the company. She wanted to travel and participate in her very own Pokemon journey but was very attached to her brother as a child so she ended up waiting till age 11 before going on her journey. It was difficult for her to go into the electric gym and have to fight the electric Pokemon but she got through it thanks to her trusty partners. It was a year after that and while she was away that she discovered that she's trans. So when she went home for a visit, she was dressed as a female and going by Rachel. Her brother was of course confused by this but after she explained everything to him, he was very supportive and understanding, having admit that he noticed that she always seemed to lean more towards the more feminine things in life. He quickly got her on estrogen after that, much to her delight. When she turned 16, she was given the opportunity to get top surgery as a gift from her brother. She got it and was absolutely thrilled with herself and how she looked. She loves and cares about her brother deeply and considers herself to be extremely lucky to have such a wonderful, supportive, caring brother. She finished up her journey and loved every minute of it. So much so that she decided she wanted to become a pokemon photographer so that she may travel and get to interact with and learn more about other Pokemon.
