Biography

I was born in the village of Tanzenumi. It was a humble town, filled with ratfolk just like me. It's used as a pit stop for many heroes passing through the forest.

When I was younger, I helped my father in his shop. He sold tools and remedies for adventurers, but I never found much interest in it.

I didn't have many friends growing up, I normally stood at home a lot or in my dad's shop. I was born weaker than the other children in my village, my mother babied me and I hated it.

I didn't share the same characteristics of the other village folk either. I found myself reading ancient epics and training with test dummies instead of learning how to scavenge and sell goods like the others.

I wasn't allowed to do much outside of the village, I didn't know what it was like outside.

My true motive, was to become a hero like the ones that visited my father's shop, but my parents didn't approve of it.

One fateful day, I decided to leave, I got into an argument with my father the night before. I stole some chain mail and a few medicinal herbs from his shop and left. I wasn't that weak runt that everyone saw in that little village, I'll show them.

That was a grave mistake, I found myself lost in the forest's everlasting maze.

I heard folktales of this, didn't know it was actually real. Anyone who find themselves in the maze, may never escape. my memory of the maze is like a blur, I'm not sure how but I did manage to escape.

I found myself on the other side, a blurry image of a woman towering over me. I owe that woman my life. She's the Witch of the Cherry Blossom, Lady Wilda Cherry.

I assist her with potion making, she tasks me to go out and find ingredients for her latest brews. I get to tackle challenges like fighting monsters and gain the experience I need to become a great warrior like all of those legends I've read. Lady Wilda is so hospitable and actually supports my goal, even if I fumble a little.

She can be very tough on you though. Any little thing can make her angry, but I know she means well; I can see it within her.
