Please read this before purchasing an adopt / obtaining a design from me:

You are allowed to sell, trade and gift the adopts and designs you got from me.

-However, do not sell an adopt for a higher price from what they were originally purchased for, unless they have additional art. Same rule applies to designs obtained in other ways, such as raffles. 

Personal Use:  

You can do whatever you wish to do with the adopt/design after purchase. If you're uploading my art somewhere else, please credit back to me here on Toyhouse, DeviantArt (Koopaboop), or Instagram (Koopaboo).

Commercial Use:

Do not ever do the following:

1. Do not make a commercial species (open, closed etc) out of my adopts and designs. 

2. Do not monetize my artwork in a way where you directly and constantly get money from it. Example of that would be printing my art on posters and selling them. This also includes minting NFTs, crypto and putting my art through AI generators. Please, do not use my artwork like this at all. However, I am ok with monetizing the DESIGN you bought using your own artwork!

- You are free to use the characters you got from me in commercial projects. This can include books, comics, video games, videos, events, etc. All I ask is to provide credit or mention me somewhere! 

General:

- Do not delete or private my designs.

- Do not heavily draw over my artwork of a received design. You can make small edits like changing the hue and adding extra details. Also, make a copy of the original version before any edits are made to preserve the original design.

- You are welcome to redesign a received character. I don't mind if it looks completely different from the original concept. 

- If you no longer want the original design (if you consider the new redesign and old design to be different characters), you are allowed to trade, give away, and/or resell for the original price bought for them (unless additional art is added). 

- Feel free to tag me in any art you create of my adopts and designs. Otherwise, you do not need to credit me every time unless you're re-posting my art.

- My designs are only available at Toyhouse, DeviantArt, and Instagram. I go by Koopaboop on Deviantart, but my user is Koopaboo everywhere else. I am not selling designs on other platforms than the three mentioned. Never buy any of my designs on any other sites such as Amino, unless the design is also linked to a toyhou.se account and is owned by the advertiser. I will not take responsibility of potential scams and miscommunication with buying my designs secondhand.
