The older brother to enthusiastic Wish, Dumbbell seems to lack any kind of excitable personality traits. Quiet, looming, inexpressive and unfazed, Bell often comes across as cold and aloof. Most tend to avoid him by walking around him with a wide berth and for that reason he talks with very few people. They're missing out: Bell is an excellent chef, and has the most deadpan hilarious sass. Bell has an unwavering loyalty to those he is close with,a ridiculous concept of self-sacrifice at the slightest hint of it being required, and is very intelligent and a good strategist. 

Dumbbell and his brother Wish renounced their being as Incubi and moved on to being regular demons instead after Wishes' infatuation with the idea of 'true love' and Bell's complete and utter lack of talent at seducing people and finding more fulfillment at being an alchemist. The two live separated from others, but close enough to trade goods and for Bell to have his potion shop.
