Arcane

Arcane would rather just kick around and do his own thing, though he does care about the rules. Sometimes.

He kinda leads a gang, but would rather not have to do so, but those that follow him do so because they think he's a good leader and that he reminds them of them. He thinks he isn't that good of a leader, and doesn't see himself in any of them.

He tends to bend the rules, though, and somehow always manages to keep on the good side of the law. Even if people try to make sure he doesn't do anything too bad.
