All designs created by me are subject to these TOS, please read carefully before commissioning or purchasing a design. Failure to comply with my TOS could result in blacklisting from future design sales or commissions.

• My designs, artwork created of them as well of ANY of my artwork or extensions of it may not be used commercially for any reason. A commercial piece must be specifically commissioned as such and will include commercial pricing if I choose to take commercial work. I retain rights to the artwork itself and all my designs are subject to these rules. Unless otherwise agreed upon, only general personal use is permitted. Clients may use the artwork on reference sheets or online so long as credit is clearly given.
• The majority of my designs can be sold, gifted, traded etc. unless stated otherwise. Sales must be for equal or less than they were originally priced. An exception being that the design has accumulated additional commissioned artwork, in which case the accumulative cost of commission artwork may be added to the original sale price. Additional cost added by Gifts, free art and personal art is up to my discretion and I ask that I am contacted to verify its added value to the design. Design flipping is not tolerated and will result in blacklisting from further design sales and commissions.
• My designs may be reworked or edited with a few rules. Designs must have a completely separate artwork of its edits. In other words, the original artwork of the design by me may not be edited, drawn on, or changed at all. If there is a specific request regarding revisions or changes of a design, please contact me and we can discuss possible changes that could be made to the original artwork or if a completely new artwork is needed. Please note, I will not work without reasonable compensation. I reserve the right to decline any request.
• If one of my designs is altered, changed or even completely re-designed, the original design by me must be sold and traded along with the new design. A design and it's edit may not be separated, sold, traded or gifted as separate characters and must always stay together.
• I do not allow my designs to be used to create "family members" of that will then be sold. My designs cannot be referenced to create any type of new design to then be sold separately from the original. If related character designs are needed they must be commissioned by me with that original purpose.
• If a design is sold, traded etc. (no longer in your possession) to a user offsite of Toyhouse, you are required ton notify me of who the character has changed hands to.
• I do not allow my artwork or designs to be used without permission in any way, shape or form unless CLEAR permission is given by me for specifically what it's going to be used for. This includes NFT's or other blockchain related technology now or in the future.
