Don't re-sell characters for more than you paid for (Exceptions are emergency cases or the character has extra art)
You can change whatever you want from the design, gender, species, colors ,etc. I also allow editing the original art work, just please don't retrace it or claim as your own.
I sell the full character rights, you can use it for commercial use and etc, just don't use the original art. Im selling the character's rights, not the art's.
I don't do refunds, all sales are final
