Phineas Penwright

A conjuration/Illusion wizard, the Royal Wizard of Vessweld. A half elf who's glasses often shown in the candle light on his late night studies. He's had nearly a hundred years of knowledge under his belt. He's done a fair bit of travelling before settling back down in his home country and his advice often comes from his knowledge of worldly culture.
