She actually has a crush on Shōka because she's humble and strong.
When the fight broke out between the siblings, she was the one who stopped 2 by throwing her hammer at the splatana stamper he was about to use. The day Shōka disappeared, 1 lashed out on 2 and 3 and blamed them for pushing her to leave. She knew that Shōka left on her own will because she was on another level than the patrolling agent she was supposed to eliminate.
When an announcement indicated Shōka's location after almost two years, many troups including 123 were sent to take her back. They knew she wasn't alone.
During the search, when she almost caught up to Shōka, Exe came to interfere. 1 knows that Sunava is interested in Exe so she decides to fight her instead of pursuing the chase. She also took interest in her during the fight.
She ends up dying at the hands of Exe.
