Taper

Taper's friends would best describe it as "all bark and no bite," it can be confrontational and initiates arguments often but runs at the first sign of legitimate trouble or danger.

When actually threatened, Taper makes itself appear bigger by raising its thin spines and rapidly beating its wings which temporarly daze anyone foolish enough to stare.
Taper loves to sneak out when alone and visit the shore, it wishes it could swim but water badly damages its wings and leaves it vulnerable and unable to fly for at least an hour at a time.

It loves to meet and talk to the curious seawings who also like to sneak away to the surface, they're always so fun and bubbly. No pun intended, for the most part at least...
