Wallace grew up in a shrouded environment, his parents were very protective of him, as well as supportive of his decisions. They home-schooled him, and rarely let him leave the home. His mother was a Pokemon breeder, and exclusively bred water-types.

He was risen and taught to be a chef, though he had different ambitions. When he chose to partake in the gym challenge, his parents were ecstatic.

His team consisted of Ice Types and Water Types, despite this, he still prevailed against the challenges that were pushed his way.

He eventually joined the elite four, specializing in Ice and Water-Types. His team consists of a *Hisuian Samurott, Floatzel, Milotic, Beartic, Alolan Sandslash, and an Alolan Ninetales.

He, of the elites, is one of the more difficult challengers to beat.

He is close friends with Crow, and gave her the idea to join the Elite Four.

He and Luna know each other from the Gym Challenge in Galar. They were put up against each other in the finales, and Luna ended up winning (She had two Pokemon left, those being the strongest of her team).

Cyrus and Wallace don't exactly get along, but they could go hours talking with each other about astronomy and other science-y subjects.

Wallace went missing for about a week, when he came back his Dewott, which he had been holding back with evolving till the right time, had evolved into a Samurott. However it had not evolved into the modern Unovan form, but the ancient Hisuian form.

Crow gifted Wallace an Alolan Sandshrew and Vulpix from her journeys through the Alolan Region, he had become quick friends with the two ice-types and eventually saved up to buy two Ice Stones and evolve the two at the same time.

His Floatzel, Milotic, Samurott, and Beartic were the first Pokemon he ever had. His mother had gifted him a young Buizel and Oshawott for his 11th birthday. The two were runts of their litters, and wouldn't have survived staying with their litter.

He caught Cubchoo early on when he was partaking in the Gym Challenge. While he received a Feebas holding a prism scale in a wonder trade (which promptly evolved after he received it).
