Leander

Born on an island in the archipelago of Mitu, he was a child when the the corruption attacked the village in which he lived. He was one of the few survivors rescued by Alcazar's troops, and was brought back to Alcazar to be raised there. He went through their school system, joined the military, and eventually ended up as general of the Infantry division.

POWERS

• Physical Reinforcement - a set of passive abilities that strengthen himself and weaken others around him, acquired through blood transfusions that he went through just prior to gaining the rank of general. Seems to have slowed his aging
  • Enhanced Senses - has supernaturally sharp senses 
  • Reinforce - automatically strengthens himself and anything within 3 meters of himself as long as he and them are not ill disposed towards each other, effectiveness dependent on their mutual amity, he can reduce or increase the range to a minimum of on contact and a maximum of 5 meters, mostly physical reinforcement (strength/speed/defense/stamina/regen) but also improves mental/emotional resistance 
  • Diminish - automatically weakens anything within 3 meters of him as long as he is trying to damage it or it is trying to damage him, also takes effect if he dislikes it/it dislikes him, effectiveness dependent on their mutual antipathy, he can reduce or increase the range to a minimum of on contact and a maximum of 5 meters, also increases their susceptibility to various stressors 
  • Steadfast - techniques that physically target his internal systems (eg. pheromones, bioelectric manipulation, etc) are greatly reduced in effect, or may be entirely ineffective, high resistance to mental attacks and influence
  • Stability - cannot be tripped or made to lose his footing, perfectly stable even on unsteady terrain
  • Resolve - greatly increases all stats (~30%), as well as dulls pain and allows freedom of movement when badly injured, at the cost of slowing his natural recovery time 
• Earth Manipulation - able to manipulate rocks/stone/sand etc.
  • Metal Manipulation - able to manipulate and control existing metals, eg. by strengthening it, weakening it, changing its shape or changing it into a different kind of metal entirely. This ability can be used to mimic the effects of magnetism, user gains very high resistance to damage from ordinary metal implements
  • Gravity Manipulation - able to manipulate gravity in an area, or imitate its effects to push and pull a target 
• Truth - able to see through lies and illusions, very difficult to manipulate

COMBAT STYLE

• Prefers to fight solo or in a small team
• Very straightforward combat style, self-buffs while debuffing the opponent

WEAKNESSES

• Weak ranged game

NOTES

• Has lots of children by many different women, doesn't personally look after any of them (aside from paying child support)
• Loves hunting and camping, hates going back to Alcazar
• Good friends with Ilvari and frequently runs and hunts together, but doesn't really understand Ilvari's love of getting groomed or his attachment to his master's family
• Not particularly comfortable around magic and most high-tech stuff . . . except motorcycles. Completely loves motorcycles
• He smells. In a super manly way. Thomas finds his eau de macho extremely offensive. Cyril, on the other hand, loves it
