Formerly a Paladin, Dagny's faith in her deity and the church system in general was shake after an order they were given and followed out resulted in a small village nearby being destroyed. As a result of this, she left her Paladinhood, her faith and any people she considered close behind, traveling as far off as she could and opening herself to new experiances and career paths. She spent a few years traveling, wrestling with her morals as she occassionally had to steal or take less than reputable jobs to survive. She eventually settled on the opposite side of the continent, buying herself a tavern and settling into a more comfortable, and secretive, life.
