TERMS OF SERVICE

by purchasing any design or commission from me, you automatically agree to my tos. every rule you break leads to a strike, 2 strikes = blacklist. depending on the severity of the strike, you may get an instant 2 strikes.

GENERAL TOS
✦ currency is in deviantart points only until i get a paypal. when purchasing, please be sure you have the funds ready, not just paypal to buy the points but the actual points from the website. conversion rate $1=100 da points
✦ holds under 4 days are acceptable for purchases over $20. if you’ve directly purchased something from me before, you get holds up to 10 days. i  don’t do payment plans                                                                                                                         ✦ don’t steal/trace/rip off my shit lmao

COMMISSION TOS
✦ WILL DRAW:
anthros, humanoids, ferals (depends), mild blood/gore, real life people (depends)
✦ WILL NOT DRAW:
nsfw, heavy mecha, heavy gore, anything expressing hatred, reptiles, muscular, very young or the elderly
✦ you may pay before or after the sketch. after the sketch progress photo is completed, you must pay within 48 hours. please allow at least 2 weeks for me to finish a commission, if im extremely busy it can take up to 3 months, however that’s not too likely. if you have a deadline, please specify, even with a deadline, please allow atleast 3-4 days for completion.

DESIGN TOS
✦ i will not tolerate my designs in the use of hate.
✦ DO NOT delete offers/bids without letting me know. doing so will lead to a strike or blacklist

✦ all my designs have a cooldown of 48 hours, please don’t trade/sell them before the cooldown has ended. if you buy a character for a 3-way-trade directly from me or from someone else, please specify in the ownership log (from someone else) or let me know (direct purchase)
✦ do not resell my designs for more than what it was originally purchased for without extra art. commissioned art/personal art may add to the worth of a character, however, if you received the character through a trade/freebie, there is no monetary value, and personal art does not count toward the total worth of the character. in other words, if you received my design from a trade/freebie, then the base value stays $0, and so does the current value even if there is personal art added. only commissioned art adds to the value if the design is obtained from a trade/freebie. owed art/art trades do not count to the worth under any circumstance.
✦ if redesigning any of my designs, please do not redesign it so heavily it does not look like the original. please don’t draw over my art either (however you may apply a filter as long as my original drawing stays in the character’s gallery), if you need anything changed and would require it to be redrawn i would be more than happy to do so for you.                                                          ✦ do not remove my designs from toyhouse, and do not trade any of my designs outside of toyhouse. my designs must stay on toyhouse at all times

BLACKLIST

these people will be unable to receive my designs or commissioned art. i do not want any association with them.
