"The Puppeteer Who Sees All"

Deliliah, also known as the "creepy neighbor" by some, is a puppeteer, clairvoyant and a performer alongside Jelliana, who one day, met together in a theater/performance and decided to live a life together in Masquerade Mansion. Little is known about her, other than her being feared due to having an ability to foreshadow and predict events with a cut of a puppet string. She is also feared due to her occupation and her liking to puppets and dolls in general. Despite being feared by many, Deliliah is a gentle and formal woman who can assist anyone in need of learning how to fight alongside her partner. She is also self-conscious about everyone fearing her due to her predicting abilities.
