You know that kind of grumpy, grimy,exhausted looking janitor? or mechanic or engineer- yeah, this is that guy. Scooter has lived his life pretty much doing the same thing- smoking, fixing things, and cleaning things. all the time. Because he uses his work as a hobby, he's usually living in his own garage out in the middle of nowhere somewhere, saving money by sleeping in his car. He's typically found either working on one of his cars/a weapon, or taking a nap in the most unflattering position while snoring louder than a motor. Miraculously, he seems to get other non-mechanic work (like cleaning, paying his bills, general tasks etc) done when no one is looking.

Usually gruff and mildly tired, Scooter is definitely in a grey area when it comes to how much he likes people. he doesn't hate people, but he's not exactly thrilled with company either. interactions with him are usually short, filled with awkward silences, and lacking in enthusiasm. He prefers to get to the point and work on his cars or weapons or tools, get his work done. But...if ever you need him, he's reliable and always comes in clutch. and you can win him over by letting him work and respecting his vibe. it doesn't hurt to get to him through his stomach either.
