My TOS:
- Feel free to edit the design as you see fit, as long as it is still recognizable, and I retain proper credit.
- Do not sell it if you did not purchase it or additional art for it.
- Don't sell it for more than you bought it for unless there is additional art.
- If you received it in a trade, and you did not purchase any art for it, it should only be TRADED.
- DO NOT overestimate the price tag. Free art, gift art, raffle pieces, and the like SHOULD NOT be added to increase its monetary value.
- DO NOT delete my designs from TH!!!
- I'd greatly prefer if my designs weren't hidden from me. I understand if you keep your characters private, but I like to make sure they aren't being used for things I don't agree with.
