I. PAYMENT

No refunds. 

Accepting payments:  Ko-Fi 

I do not accept payments through "Friends and Family" and I do not charge you extra for any fee I, the artist, need to pay. Tips are welcomed though.

If the payment is not made within 24 h receiving the Invoice, I will re-open the design. 

II. USING THE DESIGN

You are allowed to re-sell at any price, gift or trade without my permission. 

You are allowed to use the character in any way you wish once they have been adopted from me.

COMMERCIAL RIGHTS are included in the price. You ARE allowed to make money with the design I sold you.

You may NOT use the original reference drawn by me for commercial use, but anything YOU make, go ahead and sell. 

DO NOT claim the design as yours.

III. ADDITIONAL INFO

You are allowed to make any change to the design. 

You can tag me in future drawings with the adopt, it literally makes my day.

If you intend to use the adoptable for commercial use, please let me know.
