Story
Some time ago, Neve lived a normal life with her family until being kidnapped by NESTS. Used for the Anti-K’ program, she gained the ability of cryokinesis but failed to show promising results when it came to being effective in combat. Despite her combat skills lacking, the cryokinetic works for the cartel as they’re all she knows and as such is a place of shelter. When partnered with an unsealed samurai from feudal Japan, she goes along with the order and they somehow make it work. Any involvement with KOF lies mostly on orders.

Personality
Neve is a soft-spoken individual; having no memories of her past, she prefers being in the presence of people she relatively knows. Her failure as an Anti-K’ weapon combined with the lack of understanding of herself has led to having very low self-esteem. The one thing Neve thinks as a positive aspect is her drawing abilities; it’s nowhere near great and she doesn’t have a lot of time to do it, but she’s pleased with how her drawings turn out. Regarding her thoughts on agents such as Kula, she holds no animosity towards her--Neve’s the one who wasn’t good enough after all.
