Story
One of many clones created by NESTS using Kyo Kusanagi’s DNA. Unlike the other units, hatred towards the original was absent, instead being placed with neutral emotions. With the events of Iori Yagami storming a NESTS base and Kyo escaping, the clone had taken the chance to run away amidst the chaos.

With his newfound freedom, he took it upon himself to become his own person for survival and to make his own life, renaming himself Hisui. The shadows of his past still linger over Hisui- Ikari and former NESTS agents hunting him down, the constant questioning of his existence, being seen as nothing more than a copy. While he’s resigned that these problems are part of his life, it doesn’t stop them from being troubling.

Personality
Hisui is seen as a calm and tired person but underneath that is a man who is on edge majority of the time. Major semblances to Kyo’s personality are not present; a few points are being studious and down-to-earth. When it comes to conflict, he does his best to avoid it but will fight if need be.
