A very quiet and subdued, yet energetic and excitable padawan who loves to spend time with those he's comfortable around, and doesnt at all trust those who he doesnt know.
He trains under Quinn Thar, who is a former jedi padawan himself. Cass sees Quinn as a father figure, and looks up to him. Cass is close with Arlo Warren as well, and he looks up to him, seeing him as a role model and thinks he's an awesome fighter.
Cass loves to spend time with Digit and Wasp. He sees the two clone troopers as his best friends- although Wasp sometimes distances himself from Cass.

Backstory
Cass grew up in a farming and mining colony on Anobis. His mother was a human, while his father a twi'lek. He never knew his father, because he died in a mining accident when he was still a newborn. Cass was always close to his mother, and she raised him by herself.
He always had a connection with the force, that connection manifesting itself in forms of knowing something before it happened, or sensing something before he knew what it was. This made other people of town wary of him, and distanced themselves from Cass and his mother. They were worried that Cass would attract unwanted attention from the empire, if he indeed was a force sensitive.
When Cass was four, his mother caught a bad case of Dantari flu, which left her bedridden and ill. Cassius was sent to live with family friends as his mother recovered. Eventually, Cass' mother passed away from the illness, and he was sent to live at the town's orphanage.
He hated living in the orphanage. The town had already spread rumors about him, so he was treated as a bad omen, and often times neglected and ignored. It didn't help that he was a hybrid between two species, seen as an 'oddling' in some people's eyes.
Cass soon met Arlo and Quinn while they visited Anobis in pursue of Oleander. He felt a connection to them right away, asking to come with them in hopes of leaving his village behind.

[Not filled in due to unwritten chapter spoilers with my book, wrong side of the war :D]
Future
Cass now wields Arlo's lightsaber. He continues to fight alongside Quinn and Harper, occasionally working with Oleander, although he still isnt fond of him.
He visits Wasp and Digit all the time, continuing to spend time with them as he used to.
- Cass sometimes reminds Arlo of Ian, his former padawan.
- Digit often tells Cass stories of what it was like in the clone wars. Cass finds these stories very interesting.
- Since Cass is a hybrid, his Lekku wont reach the normal lenth of a pure Twi'lek's Lekku when he gets older. They'll stay at this lenth.
- Cass doesn't understand how to play holochess, but he loves to play anyways, despite not knowing what he's doing.
- He loves to watch Harper jump the ship to hyperspace, and always says that he can't wait to pilot a ship himself someday.
- Cass looks up to Arlo alot- seeing him as a role model and idol.
