its todd! :) he's actually a terrifying eldritch lovecraftian horror ancient being who would destroy the universe the second he got bored, but, he's been imprisoned in a pocket dimension by the inter-dimensional-containment-crew. he has no concept of time and doesnt have the capicity to hold grudges tho so he's pretty content. he's got a window. bill (one of the members who imprisoned him) visits him. they're sort of friends... neighbors.
