Colin Fontaine
Colin Fontaine- usally referred to as his code name "Lancelot" -is a secret agent working for Kingsman, an independent intelligence agency under the guise of Saville Row tailors.
Lancelot is a brilliant agent; charming, charismatic, and clever, as they usually are. However unlike any other agent, not only is this fox a superspy—yet he is also a proper Kingsman tailor!
Personality.
FOCUSED / DISTANTColin- although having the charismatic charm that most secret agents have- is in reality more of the introverted type. He is quite aloof and distant whenever he's not faking a personality for a mission, which doesn't earn him a lot of ties in his personal life, perfect for someone in his line of field. Despite it all, Colin still has a warm edge to him, generally enjoying a little bit of company when it comes to some of his closest colleagues and even still giving polite smiles to strangers.

alignmentWhenever he's not out in the field or filing mission reports in his office. You can find him helping around the tailor shop, whether that be with client fittings, managing the front desk, sorting through all kinds of fabrics, or even sewing some suits himself. For Colin, tailoring is rather a big part of his life. It's one of the few things keeping his sanity grounded and in check considering the hectic nature of his job.

Beginnings .
Kingsman agents generally come from quite wealthy backgrounds, the upperclass British society if you may. That wasn't the case for dear old Colin however, having being the son of a tailor, Colin was raised in a rather modest upbringing. His father might not have sent him to expensive, prestigious schools, but that doesn't mean he wouldn't grow up to be an educated, well mannered gentleman. From a young age, he was taught the elegance of modesty, the arts of the craft, the innerworkings of leather and fabric and needles and threads, and how they all combine to construct perfect, tailored suits. It wasn't long before he swiftly picked it up, and it was no surprise when Colin found peace and joy in tailoring.
The Secret Service .
Due to his father's occupation, Colin grew up around Kingsman, visiting the tailor shop on the weekends and helping around with business. Back then, he was for sure that he wanted to be just like his old man, creating beautiful articles of clothing out of scraps of fabric. This all changed however when he found out about the truth behind Kingsman. Everything about the secret service organization had flabbergasted him, the gadgets, the complicity, the concept of a modern knight working from the shadows in service of the people. It was from then on that Colin promised to himself that he'd aim as high as he could to claim a seat at the round table.
Close to home .
After gaining the title of Lancelot, Fontaine quickly realizes the weight and trials that came with being a Kingsman agent. He is of course aware of this ever since his mentor referred him into the training program, willing and doing his best for the greater good of the world, but it doesn't help when if he's not out in the field taking down foreign druglords, he's huddled up in his office, doing paperwork and working on cases. It wasn't until one particularly stressful night, after finding his late father's pair of scissors in a drawer in a room just above the shop that his father used to work in, that he was reminded of his passive set of skills. And after several heated discussions with the head of the agency, Colin finally fulfilled his secondary dreams of becoming a Kingsman tailor, helping the staff and indulging in sewing away in his personal little work room whenever he can, whilst keeping the world safe from harm.

As most secret agents are trained to be, Lancelot is quick witted in most stressful situations. Having gone through many undercover missions, he is also an excellent, charismatic liar. He could sell you air in a fancy packaging and you'd probably buy it.
ability
His paws may be calloused and covered in blood, but these paws are also delicate and precise! He's spent countless of hours infront of a sewing machine, or even hand sewing pieces, striving for perfection.
weakness
Despite teamwork being an essential part that was taught in his training, Lancelot- or well just Colin in general, finds it hard to ask for help, often thinking he's capable of doing tasks that may be fatal without the help of others.

- in a human AU his Kingsman dog would be a pug named "Miss. Peanut".
- has a personal loft above the tailor shop that he uses as an office + a secondary home.

Design notes .
- please draw clothed if drawing anthro!
- mainly wears the regular Kingsman suit.
- but if feeling adventurous feel free to draw him in other type of suits (checkered, waistcoats, overcoats, go wild!)
- kingsman logo on tie only shows up on feral form!
- placing of dots on body can be randomised.
- placing of dots on face can't be randomised!
- try to keep his hair swept to the side!
