Gen is a grunt who works the local "grocery store" (a small area with tarp ceilings and grunts from all over the wasteland selling their wares and food)
She mainly works with the locals who bring food products in, preparing and rationing it out.
They are generally friendly to everyone, however anyone acting out towards them or her customers end up missing in the next couple days. But she always quells the questions with a new batch of fresh hotdogs :o)
