Akane / Haya

Formerly known as Haya, Akane is a demon of a high status. When she was a human, she used to be a demon slayer of the blood breathing path. She started out leaning fire breathing before switching to blood breathing however so she is quite skilled in both. As a demon, she still has the ability to do her formerly learned breathing forms as well as her blood demon art that includes blood and fire based attacks. She is shipped with Gyutaro.
As a human, Haya's biggest strength was her speed. She could block attacks with ease and avoid getting hit even by high ranking and upper moon demons. However, that was mostly it. She barely managed to get a hit in with how much she defended and avoided the opponents attacks which made her a pretty weak fighter considering that her breathing style is a very strong one. She used to be a bit of a shy and timid woman, knowing that she never had the chance to reach the rank of a hashira with her lack of attack strength.
As a demon, Akane still has an insane speed but her attacks are much more powerful. She is the perfect combination of strength and speed, making her a very deadly opponent. She still is able to perform breathing techniques she learned as a human but this time to their full potential making her even deadlier.
