Vivari is a cat with a heavy theme of moss, enjoying anything relating to moss, mushrooms, or other kinds of wild plant-life that most people would consider aggressive or unpleasant. Despite this, Vivari is a very charismatic and care-free character with a very comedic presence. It appears that Vivari cannot take anything seriously, much less themselves. Perhaps this is why everything about them is an enigma, from what is under their "hair", their age, their birth year, and even their biological sex - if they even have one. What adds to Vivari's mystery is the sheer fact that no one even knows when they first appeared besides an estimated year.
While Vivari seems to not have an actual backstory or past, Vivari does indicate some things about themselves via both sketches of them and the 24 hours that they took over @dragon_biscuits for #OCTwitterTakeover2022, such as the fact that Vivari lives in a bog, types mostly in all caps, fills their non-existent pants pockets with moss, identifies themselves as actual moss, and freqently spouts off "Moss Facts" that consist of common knowledge, actual wisdom, and actual nonsensical rambling (ex: "MOSS FACT!!! Mental illness is GAY!!! And YOU are GAY!!! This goes out to the gay bog dwellers :))) /pos").
