Personality
Murdina is an adventure seeker. She is loud at times and is very rude. She doesn't act lady like in the slightest. She is likely to cause a fight to either prove her point or get what she wants. Despite her horrific behavior she is very intelligent for being a woman of this time period. Even though she is smart she can be a huge idiot at times. She usually swears and has a terrible temper when angered. Though she does have some nice points about her. She has a soft side to her when you get to know her. She acts a bit childish at times. Usually jumps into danger head on.
Backstory
Murdina was born in a small town near the sea in Scotland. Her parents ran an Inn and Murdina heard all of the travelers tales when they came and stayed there. From a young age Murdian helped out at the Inn. She always wanted to go and set out on an adventure when she was older because all the various stories she heard from other travelers. Her favorite stories were from a friend of her father. He was a pirate captain and he told her all the wonders and dangers of the sea. He would always try to bring Murdian something back from his travels. But at the age of 14 Murdina was struck with misfortune. A fire started at the Inn in the dead of night. Murdian was woken up by a burning pain in her leg. The fire had reached her room and part of her bed and leg where on fire. Her mother burst into her room and managed to put out the fire on her leg. She grabbed Murdina and tried to get out with her but they got cornered into a room by the fire. So the mother broke the nearest window an jumped out of it.
But the jump out of the window paralyzed her legs from the way she landed. Many of the people inside the Inn died that night. Only Murdina's family and a few others made it out. They lost everything in the fire. Fortunately her father's pirate friend let them live with him while they got back on their feet. Murdina couldn't walk for a while with the horrible burn on her leg. It took her a long time to be able to walk normally. But through determination and pain she managed to walk normally again. When she reached the age of 16 she wanted to venture out into the world but her parents wouldn't allow it. So in the middle of the night she left a note in her room and left. She left her town and ventured around on land first. This was when she met her first best friend David. She came across David who was the same age as herself. He tried to trick her by asking if she wanted to play a game. The risk of the game was that the one who loses has to become the other's slave. Murdina didn't back down from this challenge. She played his game and won it. David was forced to come along with her now and so she gained a travel companion.
Murdina's pirate days started when she was 18 years old. She was bored of traveling on land so she began to dress as a male and hired various men. The pair had stole enough money to buy a ship from an old pirate captain. From that moment on Murdina began to call her Captain Murdock Morgan to hide her true identity from her crew and other pirates. Throughout her beginning years as a captain she made many mistakes and enemies but her name began to spread over the country and the sea. Many rumors spread throughout towns, taverns and pirate crews. Murdina was known to be a reckless captain that had the luck of the devil on her side.
