- Decendant of sea dragons from the Dark Sea. Their egg ended up washed up on the shores of Liyue.
- Thousands of years ago, Guizhong taught her manners and how to be civil when they first came to land.
- Had a really big gay crush on Guizhong (and Morax, but never acknowledged it)
- Once split through one of Morax's meteors. It was a small meteor, but Yùzhù still eagerly retells this story to everyone (especially to the Traveler and Paimon).
- Personally trained the first group of humans who will eventually become the Millelith. Also was their first General.
- Became besties with the first Wangsheng Funeral Parlor director (HuTao's ancestor).
- Fell into a deep slumber 500 years ago, when a severe wound laced with Abyssal energy threatened to overtake her. To combat the corruption on her body, they focused all her remaining strength into purging the Abyssal energy while also healing their wounds.
- In present day Liyue, after the events of Osial's revival, the Traveler would find a strange adeptus(?) washed ashore on the beaches of Yaoguang Shoal.
- Loves seafood, particularly fish, and enjoys fishing. They'd rather use a spear or her bare hands when fishing tho.
- Experiences big culture shock when they wakes up from her 500 year slumber. The Traveler and Paimon would take responsibility to help her adapt to the modern Teyvat and help catch her up on the last 500 years of history.
- One of the best things Yuzhu finds out after they wake up, is how far food techniques have developed over the centures. Her current favorite dish is Inazuma's Unagi Chazuke.
- Changing forms is a breeze for Yuzhu, who likes to switch their appearance to a feminine or masculine form for fun.
