Blue

Blue was a bulldog born during a nuclear war, which gave him some strange mutations as well as his green-ish fur coat. His mother refused to feed him milk and was soon left to die until a girl, who was also a victim of this nuclear war, picked him up and kept him safe until there was a disease following this nuclear war that only dogs could catch and spread to animals, which would kill off their source of food. The girl was forced to leave him in the barren lands and go with her new family that the government assigned her. She gave him his scarf and he never take it off. 

He is a shy dog but is able to trust pretty quickly. He is always worried and is very gullible. He loves vegetables, especially spinach.
