- Nox is a spirit who lives amongst the stars
- At night, they can be seen floating down to the Earth, some starlight remaining within their pelt
- They act as a messenger of the Gods to cats, as well as guiding cats to the stars when their time has come
- Sometimes they can be seen basking in the moonlight on roofs and in trees
- They do not speak, instead they communicate mentally with cats
- Only cats and cat-like creatures can see them
