Yue's Ownership

By owning, you automatically agree to my T.O.S:

- Do NOT sell a character for more than its base value (always included in the ownership history) unless has extra art. Likewise, don't resell anyone that are freebies or obtained through non-monetary mean such as gift / art trade / design swap.

- I don’t do refunds so please make sure to think twice if you’re going to regret buying later! I also don’t allow my design to be sold off-site! I ask to be authorized to keep track of them... There is no need showing all, I only want to be able to see the ones that I've designed ^ ^

- Feel free to redesign or create alternative forms as long as you keep the original version in the Toyhou.se! But please don't draw over or edit my art by yourself, you can ask me first!

- My artwork is copyright property; meaning you aren't allowed to profit off of it without permission (commercial use can be discussed)

I have the rights to warn people, and redistribute ownership of a design if they are breaking the rules which might even result in a blacklist. Designer's T.O.S shall override any pre-existed T.O.S via people who are associated with my service.
