Opsarius

a melancholic, balletic dragon who was damned with frost gradually covering their body. the frost is equivalent to that of an icewing’s frostbreath; nearly as painful, as well. despite this, the creature continues to carry out its passion of dancing for its own pleasure. the curse is irksome, as it serves as a burden to movement— though does not stop the dragon from constantly moving out of spite for the ones who burdened it with the curse.
