Fisheye is very friendly and he always seems to have a smile or a smirk on his face. He very rarely makes enemies, although many of his fellow crewmen would describe him as odd or even wacky at times.

Fisheye rarely talks about his past. He ran away from his home in the outskirts of the Deep Palace when he was a dragonet in pursuit of “his destination”. He spent many years aimlessly traversing the sea until he came across a ship in need of a navigator. He was perfect for the job and has now spent a fair amount of years working on the ship. He rarely goes on land, and avoids it if he can. Fisheye is also very dedicated to his work as a navigator and occasionally spends days on end in his quarters making maps and planning routes.

For having spent almost his entire life at sea and on a ship, he is very well kept and has little to no scars. His odd coloration on his tail and back legs is genetic. He also has large fishlike eyes that earned him his name.
