Ciceron was almost a successful experiment by a secret laboratory company aimed at creating powerful creatures for use in various fields.
In fact, Ciceron is a weapon to kill and should have been sent as a military force, but the problem is that Ciceron treats any creature as an enemy, which is why they tried to eliminate him, which did not work.

Having escaped and defeated the lab, he freed the other creatures as well, becoming something like their leader, but he soon handed the "reign" over to another and in the process of escaping scattered to wherever. Some were unlucky and were brought back, some even exterminated, and some successfully escaped. Ciceron was no exception.

He became a sentient being and began to make his own life, taking control of his aggression and transformation into other creatures.
