Design Terms of Use
0.) You MUST wait 24hrs before requesting another wuzzie. DO NOT request a wuzzie if you have one pending or if it has not been over 24hrs before your last Wuzzie was made. This is very unfair to others waiting for their wuzzies!!!
1.) DO NOT sell your wuzzie for any currency. unless you purchased a mythicals, then you may only sell them for the price you bought them for!
2.) DO NOT request a Mythical Wuzzie from an Offcial/Guest Artist! Only the creator (shawty) is allowed to create Mythical Wuzzies! With the exception of Offical Artist Mythical Myos.
3.) DO NOT edit your wuzzie by any means. you may request an artist to put edits on your wuzzie once items are available.
4.) DO NOT post a form when there is no Artist open for slots. DO NOT send a trade offer until an artist has accepted your forms. Doing any of these will have your form ignored.
5.) DO NOT steal or claim other wuzzies as your own. DO NOT make your own wuzzie as these guys are a closed species!
6.) Feel free to display your wuzzie in your signature and you’re allowed to take these guys off-site as long as you put somewhere that they are a Fuzzy Wuzzie and credit me on toyhou.se shawty
7.) Though it is not required, Please post your wuzzie in the self Archive! Especially, if you are planning to be an active member in the Wuzzie community!
8.) DO NOT trade your Wuzzie for any outside OC. Feel free to trade your Wuzzie for other Wuzzies! Look for trading in our Discussion thread or Discord server. (you may also look for breeding partners this way)
9.) If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to dm me! If you would rather not dm me you may also post questions on our Discord server or our Discussion thread.
By owning my designs (shawty), you are agreeing to these terms.

- do not copy/trace/reference or color pick my designs/artwork, you will be blocked/blacklisted! this includes making breeding batches with my designs in them.
- do not trade/sell/gift my designs within a (1) month of having them.
- do not take my designs off toyhou.se what so ever. any designs outside of TH are stolen, and i would appreciate if i was made aware!
- Resales must match the original purchase value of the design, additional art only increases the worth if it's commissioned in USD!
- for selling/gifting/trading purposes, co-owning my designs is not allowed.
- do not hide/private my designs from me. if you own a design of mine that's authorize only, please give me a key!
- making extreme edits, or changes to my art is not allowed (minor edits are okay)
- revamps & edits to the design itself is allowed, as long as the design is still recognizable. (you can commission a redesign by another artist)
- if you were gifted character from me, please do not sell/trade them. it really hurts me and i rarely gift characters/don't gift characters to just anyone!
- do not label my designs as Low Quality (LQ), Medium Quality (MQ), or High Quality (HQ). This also includes rating my designs 1-5 stars in your favorites, you will be blocked.
- do not remove any distinguishing feature from POC/TRANS design (white-washing, or the removal of top surgery scars for example) you will instantly be blacklisted/blocked.
- do not use my art or designs for NFT or any other cryptocurrency. (this includes AI)
- do not use my designs for commercial use.
- do not sell or trade my designs to anyone in my blacklist, you will be blacklisted also.
Please do not harass these users. They are blocked for my comfort.
