Cassidy remembered the day her dad announced his marriage to her step mother. She was devastated. First of all she hated that woman second of all what if he loved her more than Cassidy? Her name was Clarissa. She was a nice woman and was always kind to her and loved her like her own but Cassidy just didn't like it. It was just odd having someone else in the role of your mother. She didn't mind her step father though. According to her no one could be better as a step father. She always loved visiting her sister and mother. She had the best times there. Cassidy didn't tell her dad though.

The absolute worst day of her life was when Clarissa announced she was pregnant with her father's child. Since her step mother was a normal vampire bunny the chances were fifty-fifty. After that extremely awkward announcement Cassidy raced to her room and called her sister. She told Danelia she was coming over to live with her for a bit but not how long. Then she backed her bags and left leaving her dad a note. She lived with her mother, step father and sister for a few months. Her father didn't mind and was caring for his new wife and unborn child. When she moved back the baby had been comfirmed to be starry which meant Cassidy would be the least favourite of the family. The day the child was born was a big suprise. Instead of being born starry she was born normal. Their father was let down and disappointed. The girl was called Talia.
